Cal Graves is the oldest of Dick and Tracy’s five children and the 3rd generation working at Graves Foods. Cal is the Director of School Sales and is responsible for all school bids and school sales. Cal received his BA in Communication at the University of Missouri in 2006 and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from William Woods University in 2012. Cal married Lauren “Kitt” Graves in 2011. Cal and Kitt have three children: Emmie , Will and Bo.

Piper Graves
Piper Graves is the youngest of Dick and Tracy’s five children and the 3rd generation working at Graves Foods. Piper is the Director of Healthcare and is responsible for all sales to the healthcare segment. Piper received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Missouri in 2015. Piper married Brianne Graves in 2016. Piper and Brianne have two children.
Forrest Graves
Forrest Graves is the 3rd eldest of Dick and Tracy’s five children and the 3rd generation working at Graves Foods. Forrest is the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for transportation, warehouse and purchasing departments. Forrest received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri in 2013. Forrest married Meghan Graves in 2014. Forrest and Meghan have three children.
Tracy Graves
Tracy Graves was born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri. Tracy married Dick in 1980, and she spent the greater portion of her marriage being a homemaker raising their 5 children allowing Dick to put in the time required to run a successful business. After their youngest child began his education at the University of Missouri, Tracy began her career in the family business in 2009. She is now an active member of the management team and provides assistance in all departments of Graves Foods.
Dick Graves
Dick Graves was raised in Chillicothe, Missouri. His father John Graves started John Graves Quality Meats in 1947. Dick grew up immersed in the foodservice industry, much like his children. Dick received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management at Michigan State University in 1962 and received his MBA in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Missouri in 1964. Dick began Graves Menu Maker Foods in 1968. Soon after that Graves Menu Maker Foods acquired Mr. G’s Quality Cut Meats from his father. In 1978 Graves Menu Maker Foods became a broadline food service company, and in 1999 Graves Menu Maker Foods purchased Austin Coffee Service. In 2017 Graves Menu Maker Foods rebranded to Graves Foods.
