  1. Information You Provide and Information We Collect When You Use the GSFoodsGroup Platform
    1. Account Information. When you visit the GSFoodsGroup Platform, we may ask you for information that may be used to uniquely identify a business such as banking or confidential financial information that it does not generally share with third parties or to uniquely identify a person such as first and last name, birth dates, social security number, driver’s license, personal e-mail addresses, credit information, phone numbers, shipping and billing addresses, or any other information the website may collect that is defined as private information under applicable law (collectively “Private Information”).   1. Sharing Between GS Foods Group and Third Parties
    1. Integration Partners. If you connect to the GSFoodsGroup Platform through an integration with a third-party service, we may share information about your use of the GSFoodsGroup Platform with that third party. We may share your information with our third-party partners in order to receive additional information about you. We may also share your information with third party partners to create offers that may be of interest to you.
    2. Service Providers. We work with third party service providers including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, ad networks, analytics, error loggers, debt collectors, maintenance or problem-solving providers, marketing or advertising providers, professional advisors, and payment systems operators to perform services on our behalf including but not limited to processing orders and payments, shipping products, sending catalogs, performing surveys, conducting promotions, advertising and marketing, processing job applications, providing recruitment and background screening, and sending e-mails and newsletters, and we may share your information with such service providers to help us provide the GSFoodsGroup Platform.

    4. GSFoodsGroup Platform Interactive or Social Features. GS Foods Group may allow other users of the GSFoodsGroup Platform to browse comments, questions or other entries that you have submitted or commented on in one or more forums, message boards, product ratings, feedback portals or other interactive or social aspects that GS Foods Group may include on the GSFoodsGroup Platform from time to time. GS Foods Group may choose to post this data on other features in the future. Your use of such social features constitutes your consent and agreement to GS Foods Group’s use of any content you post or transmit through such features for GS Foods Group’s editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.

  1. Email Subscriptions. You can always unsubscribe from our commercial or promotional emails, but we will still send you transactional and relational emails about your account use of the GSFoodsGroup Platform.
  2. Text Messages. You can opt out of receiving commercial or promotional text messages by changing the preferences on the GSFoodsGroup Platform, logging out or deleting the GSFoodsGroup Platform from your registered device.

Text Messages. You can opt out of receiving commercial or promotional text messages by changing the preferences on the GSFoodsGroup Platform, logging out or deleting the GSFoodsGroup Platform from your registered device.

California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as Amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information.  In the preceding 12 months, we have not “sold” or “shared” (as those terms are defined in the CCPA) any personal information to “third parties”, as that term is defined in the CCPA.  We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under the age of 16.

Use or Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.  We do not collect sensitive personal information from you.
